Video Series
We have a total of twenty training videos online. The first six of these are devoted to an overview of the industry, along with health and safety information. The last fourteen videos are more concerned with the specific practices and techniques used when planting seedlings. We recommend that you watch the six videos in the "Overview" series when you first become interested in planting, to get a better understanding of what's involved, and to help you decide if you'd like to pursue a job. We recommend that you watch the other fourteen videos in the "Planting" series only a week or so before the season begins, so the knowledge is fresh in your head when you start learning to plant seedlings. There is also a full section on the Replant Forums message board which showcases each video individually, and includes a text description of the content. While we feel that watching the video is more instructional, because of the video backgrounds and the inclusion of still images, some people may appreciate having text copies of the video scripts.
